Clean, disinfect, rinse, and thoroughly dry the wound and the surrounding area. Apply the dressing, smoothing down the edges. If the pad becomes saturated, change the dressing.
Replacement frequency and treatment duration:
Bleeding wounds: replace the dressing every 24 hours, or as advised by a doctor.
Closed wounds: replace the dressing every 48 hours, or sooner if there is leakage, infection, or the dressing becomes detached.
Even a small injury requires proper care. It's essential to follow several steps to treat it correctly.
Start by cleaning the wound with clean water, then disinfect it with an antiseptic. Rinse and dry thoroughly afterward.
Then choose a dressing that will protect it from dirt and bacteria to avoid any risk of contamination.
Finally, to heal without leaving marks, apply a healing dressing as soon as the wound stops bleeding.
If there is a foreign object in the wound, significant bleeding, a bite, a puncture from a dirty or sharp object, or no improvement after 6 days, consult your pharmacist or doctor. Do not apply more than two dressings per day. If more than two dressings per day are needed, please consult a pharmacist or doctor.
Strictly follow the instructions for use. Do not reuse a used dressing. Do not use on wounds larger or longer than the pad. Do not apply to the eyes or mucous membranes. Do not use after the expiry date. Do not use a damaged product.
Contraindications: Known hypersensitivity or intolerance to silicone adhesive.
Like any dressing, this product may cause skin reactions such as dermatitis or irritation. Any serious incident related to this product must be reported to Urgo Healthcare Products Co., Ltd., Compliance Management Solutions Europe LTD, and to the ANSM.
