  • Uses lipodocoloid technology: to promote healing

How to use the product?

In the case of a superficial 2nd degree burn: Hold the wound under cold water for 15 minutes beforehand to limit the extent of the burn.

In all cases:

1. Clean the wound with an alcohol-free antiseptic and then rinse with water or saline.
2. In the case of a burn, never use coloured antiseptics such as eosin.
3. Dry thoroughly with a sterile compress.
4. As far as possible, respect the blister, which is a bulwark against infection. If it is pierced, disinfect it. There is no point in removing dead skin if it does not go away on its own.
5. Remove the protective fins and apply to the area to be treated.
6. If necessary, cut the tulle to the desired size using clean, disinfected scissors, then cover it with a secondary bandage such as a sterile compress held in place by an stretch band or plaster.
7. There is no need to use a cream beforehand.
8. The usual duration of the treatment is 5 to 6 days with renewal of the 1st dressing after 24 hours, then every 48 hours.
